Delivery & Returns

Delivery charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60, usually 1–2 days
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120, usually 2–4 days by courier
• Free delivery on orders of ৳2,000 or more

After you place an order, our team calls you to confirm it. Orders are packed and handed to the courier after confirmation.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery. Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person before paying.

Returns and exchanges

• If a product arrives damaged, broken, leaking or different from what you ordered, tell the delivery person or contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will replace it or refund you.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and baby care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Refunds are sent by mobile banking or bank transfer within 7 working days after the product is returned to us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it is handed to the courier. Just call or message us with your order number.
